The stay was overall enjoyable, especially due to the spacious room with floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning views of the docks. The stylish decor added a nice touch of comfort as well, making it a lovely retreat after a long day exploring London. The location was convenient for getting around and visiting attractions. the check-in process was frustrating as our room wasn't ready until late in the afternoon, despite prior confirmation about an early check-in. This inconsistency was a letdown during what turned out to be a lovely stay otherwise.

had a lovely stay, room was super clean with cool little stuff like drinks and biscuits. bed was huge n comfy. transport links were dead easy to use, and its in a proper good spot near the o2.

but the pillow situation was kinda whack, only had 4 pillows instead of the promised 3 each. also, the mini bar was empty and they only stocked it with stuff we didn't drink.

Recommend it for business travelers

The room I stayed in had this great large flat-screen TV, and connect my phone to it was a breeze. Breakfast was a real highlight too, with a massive choice of food, everything was fresh and well cooked.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but all things considered, it was acceptable.

As soon as we arrived, the warm welcome made us feel right at home! The Deluxe Room we stayed in had a gorgeous view of the Thames, which was breathtaking during sunset. Breakfast was a culinary delight with a custom omelette station and more delicious options than we could dream of!

The air conditioning worked wonderfully, keeping the room perfectly cool.

The bathroom amenities were quite basic for the price paid.

It was just an excellent fit for a weekend excursion in London with good price-quality ratio. The room was very modern with a stylish bathroom and a 40+ inch TV, which was a nice surprise. If parking is needed, check in advance!

Comfortable family stay

Had a fun time with the fam! Our room was super spacious for London, and the beds were so comfy we all slept really well. The Nespresso machine was a nice touch for morning coffee. Only bummer was no view from our window, but we didn’t mind much since we were out exploring all day. Breakfast was nice too!

This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, a fitness centre, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, staff helped me get a taxi. I'm coming back for Christmas!

The breakfast here was fantastic—fresh and tasty with tons of options to choose from, and the sauna was a great place to unwind after a busy day exploring. I did notice that the bathroom could have used a deeper clean upon our arrival, but that didn’t take away from the overall great experience. If you're visiting, definitely book the breakfast in advance, it's worth it! 😊

Great stay with comfy beds!

We stayed for 2 nights and the kids loved it! The beds were super firm and the rooms were clean and quiet, which is a must when you have little ones. The staff were great, and breakfast was yummy. Just a heads up, the phone system is a total pain to deal with if you need to call for anything.

Had a blast during my stay, especially enjoying the stunning views from my room and the cozy vibes of the executive lounge! For some relaxation, I hit the sauna and enjoyed the wellness center, both were pretty awesome. Just a heads up, the breakfast rush can be a bit hectic, so try to get there early! 😊
